To use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and consent to age verification checks at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. bd9oi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

• You must not share your username or password with any third party. Each player is permitted only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bd9oi support immediately at [email protected]. bd9oi may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
• bd9oi uses SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data in transit and at rest. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept the residual risks of online activity.
• bd9oi reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bd9oi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions via these services are typically processed within minutes, subject to network conditions.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner institutions. Bank transfer processing times may vary between 1 and 3 business days.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bd9oi does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's name.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. bd9oi reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

From time to time, bd9oi may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd9oi, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or any conduct of any third party on the Platform.
• Interruptions or cessation of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bd9oi's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

bd9oi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including age misrepresentation, providing false identity documents, or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that bd9oi reasonably believes undermines the integrity of the Platform.
• Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Balances associated with bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will not be paid out.

bd9oi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. bd9oi does not sell personal data to third parties.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations that apply to bd9oi. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
• bd9oi may use anonymised and aggregated data for analytical and product improvement purposes. Such data cannot be used to identify individual users.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bd9oi, the following process applies:

• You must first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bd9oi support at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and your desired resolution. bd9oi will endeavour to respond within 5 business days.
• If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of your initial contact, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels as applicable under the governing law.
• bd9oi's decisions regarding account matters, bonus eligibility, and game outcomes that are made in accordance with these Terms are final and binding and are not subject to external review except as required by applicable law.
